  • For Distance: Each dog will be required to jump in all 3 splashes on their assigned day of Competition. Their average of those 3 jumps will be the score used in the Final Rankings.
    • Each dog will be given 3 minutes (The optional Practice jump will ONLY be available on the FIRST splash of the day.)
    • Dogs are required to complete all 3 splashes in order to get a Average score.
    • As we are using an 3 jump average, there is no CAP system. If a dogs average is in the next division, that is the division they are ranked in.
    • If a dog is invited in a higher division, but their average is in a lower division at Regionals, they will still be ranked in the higher assigned division.
    • Tie Breakers: If dogs are tied in the Final Rankings:
      • 1st tie Breaker: Longest jump at Regionals
      • 2nd Tie Breaker: 2nd longest  jump at Regionals
      • 3rd Tie Breaker: Higher Recent average at the completion of the event.
      • 4th Tie Breaker: Higher Season Average.
  • For Air Retrieve: Each dog will compete in the assigned day of competition and the score from that day will be used in the Final Rankings.
    • Dogs will be required to start at a distance NO LOWER than 1 feet below there RECENT AVERAGE.
    • There will be 1 1 foot CAP. This means each for each division, 1 foot is added. Anything longer than that moves the dog up to the next division.
    • Tie Breakers: If dogs are tied in the Final Rankings:
      • 1st Tie Breaker: Dog with the least number of overall misses
      • 2nd Tie Breaker: The team with a successful grab at a lower distance than the other team.
      • 3rd Tie Breaker: HIgher Final Recent average from 2020 season.
      • 4th Tie Breaker: Higher Season Average.
  • For Hydro Dash: Each dog will compete in the assigned day of competition and the score from that day will be used in the Final Rankings.
    • Tie Breakers: If dogs are tied in the Final Rankings:
      • 1st Tie Breaker: Next fastest score on the 2nd run of the Splash.
