2024 NADD NorthCentral Regionals

Please read ALL of the details before signing up! There will be NO REFUNDS. 

The event is being held at Amana Colonies RV park and Event Center.

Remember you only enter 1 day not the whole weekend. Distance will be 2 splashes on the same day. You will only choose 1 splash and the 2nd will be automatically added when you check out.  If you are in multiple disciplines you may do those on the same day or different days. 

Start times subject to change, once we have the registration process completed. We will publish a finalized schedule when the event closes.   

Since this is a prepaid event, you will be checked into the portal automatically and the only check in you will do on site will be AT the mandatory briefing for your discipline. 

Schedule is tentative, each day for all three disciplines. Final schedule, start time and run order will be sent out on Wednesday before the event. Any time changes during the event will be emailed out, announced over PA (if during the day) and posted on the North Central FB group.  It is your responsibility to pay attention to the schedule. 

You MUST be here by the Mandatory briefing time. This is to sign waivers,  finalize the run order for that discipline and review the rules. For AR we will be collecting your start distance at this time. If you miss AR briefing (i.e. fail to turn in a start distance, you will not be able to complete your AR jumps once AR has started) 

Thursday (Splashes will start immediately following briefing)
7:30am - HD briefing. 
8:30 am - Distance Briefing. 
AR Briefing will be at the end of Distance (approximately

2:30)

Friday - Sunday

(Splashes will start immediately following briefing)

6:45am - HD briefing
8:00am - Distance Briefing 
AR Briefing will be at the end of Distance (approximately

4pm)

Remember your distance splashes have to be done on the same day but you're free to choose which days you want to compete in Hydrodash and/or Air Retrieve.

Dock & Facility Rules

• Thank you for understanding our no off-leash policy. (Except when on the dock)
• Please pick up after your dogs. If you don’t follow this rule you will be asked to leave and NO refunds will be given. 
• You can bring your dog inside the building to take photos with the NC Regionals banner but please don't bring them into the evening social side of the building. 
• You MUST run in the posted order. We will run Z-A by dogs name. If you have multiple dogs we will move your second dog down 5 dogs. Order will be posted on Wednesday.  AR lap dogs will run Z-A after the Open dogs are finished. 
• Please communicate all problems, all concerns, and issues you have with the staff,  or any of the handlers and their dogs immediately as they occur, we want to address problems in real time to solve it during the event. There is no way to correct it after the event is over. So please!!! do not hesitate to talk to us! We want you to have the best possible experience at our event.
• No refunds will be given,  after you register, without vet or Dr.note.  
• Ribbons will be given out when jumping is finished and scores are checked on Sunday. 
• Please plan on picking up your ribbons or making

  arraignments to have someone pick them up for you. We will NOT mail ribbons. 

• We will post standings every evening so you know where you are in the standings. 
• The most important rule! Please have fun with your dog!
  
  

Vendors: 

• Champ Dog Gear will be onsite with collars and leashes
• Canine Massage (inside the building) sign up ahead of time. 
• Admin tent will be selling shirts and stickers  

WALK UP SONGS!!

A tradition we started at our 2021 regionals will continue (thanks to our AWESOME Facility Paws4Fun) You can pick a walk up song of your choice that will be played for you while your dog is competing. 

PHOTOGRAPHER,

Twin Eyes Photography will be the official photography. Information will be on the counter inside next to the photo backdrop.

Camping reservations - We have reserved sites close to where the pool will be setup.
