We’re excited to officially announce the launch of our brand-new NADD website and competitor portal—and it’s already up and running!
This new system was built from the ground up to be faster, easier to use, and full of new features to enhance your experience. Whether you’re a competitor or an event secretary, the upgraded portal is designed to make everything from registration to results tracking smoother than ever.
What’s New In the Portal
- Upload photos of your dogs to their profiles
- Register multiple dogs for paid events at once
- Submit your own vet or doctor notes (within seven days after a regular event)
- Keep track of your dog’s accomplishments in the new awards section
- Enjoy faster performance and live scoring views for Regionals and Nationals
New Features for Secretaries
- Multi-dog check-in for quicker processing
- Condensed scoring and summary screens
- Assistant secretary access
- Duplicate past events without retyping everything
Add Your Phone Number
We’ve introduced a new text message update feature so you can stay informed in real-time. Be sure to add your phone number to your profile and confirm your mailing address to ensure you receive important notifications.
New Portal Requires New Password
To access the new portal, you’ll use the same email address as before, but you’ll need to reset your password the first time you log in.

Your new password must include:
- At least 8 characters
- 1 uppercase letter
- Letters and numbers
- At least 1 special character (such as !, @, #, $, etc.)
Examples: JumpDog!1 or FlyHigh@9 or DivingDogs2025!
A Quick Note on Password Reset Emails
Because we’ve changed email providers, your password reset email may take up to 1–2 hours to arrive, especially if this is your first time using the new system. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.
While you wait, you can also try using the “Login with Phone” option on the portal to get in.
