Bash’s power and precision wowed the crowd, earning the team the coveted title of 2025 Jump for a Million Champions with a score of 31’3”. Even more impressive is that Bash is a lap dog (under 16” at the withers), showing that big talent can come in small packages.

2nd Place – Cappy & Monique Krouse (29’6” score)
Cappy’s incredible consistency and drive made every jump count. With Monique’s encouragement, this team soared to a well-earned second-place finish, landing a score of 29’6”.

Like Bash, Maui is also a lap dog — making this year’s event especially memorable with two lap dogs on the podium.

This year’s Jump for a Million wasn’t just a competition, it was a celebration of community, sportsmanship, and the incredible bond between dogs and their handlers. Congratulations to our winners and to all the competitors who gave it their all. The cheers, the splashes, and the unforgettable moments made this an event to remember and we can’t wait to see what 2026 brings!

Note: Scores were calculated using the NADD Handicap System, which adjusts the final score to ensure fairness across breeds and sizes.

 Fun Fact: Lap Dogs Rule!

This year’s podium was extra special with lap dogs measuring under 16 inches at the withers, Bash and Maui, highlighting how competitive lap dogs can be. Their incredible jumps showed that size doesn’t limit talent, proving that even the smallest dogs can compete at the highest level.
